Cookies And Analytics
We use a small number of cookies and third-party services to run the Site:
- Google Analytics uses cookies to tell us how visitors find and use the Site, in aggregate. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and you can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com.
- Calendly powers our booking window and may set its own cookies when it loads. Its use of your information is covered by Calendly’s privacy notice.
- Content delivery networks serve some of the Site’s fonts, icons and scripts, which means your browser shares your IP address with those providers when the page loads.
- WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the Site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, though some features, such as the booking window, may not.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- Service providers who work on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, scheduling, analytics, customer relationship management and messaging platforms. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.

- Business transfers, if CMO Ignite is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case your information may transfer subject to this policy.
- With your consent, for any other purpose you agree to.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: while we are in conversation with you, for the life of any client engagement, and afterward as long as required for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
