The Half-Day Consult exists because most owners don’t need six months of an executive’s time to know what to fix first. They need one rigorous working session with someone who has seen a hundred versions of their situation.
How it works
The session is prepared, not improvised. In the two weeks before we meet, I gather what I need over email: your current numbers, your service menu, your membership or agreement structure, what you’ve tried, what you suspect is broken. By the time we sit down, the diagnostic work is done and the four hours go to decisions.
- FormatOne four-hour working session — video or in person
- PreparationRoughly two weeks of prep via email before we meet
- Who attendsYou, plus whoever touches marketing decisions
- DeliverableA prioritized marketing plan with actionable direction
- Follow-upA written recap of every decision and next step
What we do in the room
Together we analyze, organize, and optimize your marketing strategy:
- Analyze — where bookings, memberships, and revenue actually come from today, and where the plan contradicts the numbers.
- Organize — what deserves priority this quarter, what waits, and what stops entirely.
- Optimize — the concrete changes to messaging, offers, and channels that move the needle first.
What it isn’t
It isn’t a sales pitch for the bigger engagement. Plenty of consult clients take the plan and run it themselves — that’s the point of the deliverable. When a client does want ongoing leadership afterward, the consult fee has already done the first month’s diagnostic work.
